Everyone starts as a Member. Staff ranks are applied for through a ticket; cosmetic roles are bought with points you win from games.
We're setting up a proper shop for cosmetic ranks and perks. Nothing here will ever affect survival — no kits, no pay-to-win, no advantage you can buy.
Until then, every cosmetic role is free — win games, earn points, pick your colour.
